The main raw materials of the products are magnesium chlorine, magnesium oxide, fiber glass mat, non-weave textile, and we also stuff some other materials in the board, such as wood detritus and pearl rock powder. The advantages of the MgO board compared to the gypsum board as followings: 1. Lighter The density of our products is even less than 1g/cm3, and the density of gypsum board is about 1.6 g/cm3. 2. Stronger .Fireproof Property Shenggang Magnesium Fireproof Board was tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC). Its fireproof level is rated level A (nonflammable level). Our products can last for 180 minutes compared to the general gypsum board of which is less than 50 minutes under the same fireproof test. 3. Retractility The retractility rate of our products is 0.9， compared to the 9 of gypsum board. 4. Intensity Against Slam The horizontal intensity index against slamming of our product is 17.6 MPa VS 14MPa of gypsum board, and the longitudinal is 21.5MPa VS 11 MPa of gypsum board. 5. Sound Insulation Magnesium Fireproof Board is proved to have good noise insulation property after inspected by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC); the noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB. It has the best noise insulation constitution in China, especially the 95mm wall comprised by the 10mm board. 6. Environmental You know, there is something may cause pollution problem in gypsum board, but there is no material in our product which would make any pollution. So the tend is that our product is becoming excellent substitute of the gypsum board. There are still some other advantages of the MgO fireproof board including thermal insulation, moisture-resistance, and bump-resistance. The products can be widely used in the construction in ceiling, partitions, fireproof doors & ship manufacturing etc. You can also decorate it with some wallpaper and other decorative materials as you like. The common specification is 1220mm (L)*2440mm (W), and the thickness from 3mm to 20mm. If you need special size boards, we also could manage your requirements.
